When you delete a multiple attribute group all the group options associated with products will be removed.  Once the attribute groups are deleted, they cannot be recovered. 

Final Warning:   Are you sure you wish to delete ALL of the selected attribute groups and all its associated options?

v  OK:  Will complete the delete operation.

v  Cancel:  Terminates the deletion process.
