When you delete an attribute group all the group options associated with products will be removed.  Once the attribute group is deleted, it cannot be recovered. 

Final Warning:   Are you sure you wish to delete the selected attribute group and all its associated options?

v  OK:  Will complete the delete operation.

v  Cancel:  Terminates the deletion process.
