When you have set all the options you want to update; it is time to preview.  When you push the preview button it will list the products that meet the selection criteria.   At this point you should review the list of products to make sure a product you did not want changed is in the list or maybe a price range needs to be adjusted. 

Because you have not processed and update yet; if needed you can make adjustment by scrolling to the bottom; everything you set to change will be there and can be adjust and preview again. Repeat this process until you have everything the way you want it.

When you are happy with the changes, it is time to process and update.  Depending on the number of products the update can take a few minutes. Make sure you do not navigate away from the page until you can scroll to the bottom and see the logo for NetSoft Studio.
